This hotel has a fantastic location just a 10-minute walk to downtown, and the double room comes equipped with an electric kettle, air conditioning, and an iron/ironing board.

The staff were very good, kind, and helpful. The receptionists, Iram and Alexandria, were really good. The room was clean and spacious, with all necessary amenities. The location was excellent, close to the metro and in the center of the city. There were plenty of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby.

the free towels, slippers, shampoo, and gel provided were a nice touch, and the fridge was in good working order. the location was convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to public transport and plenty of sights and attractions within walking distance.
the internet was unreliable and slow, and the heating in our room didn't work properly, making for some very chilly nights.

The hotel location was convenient, near to the metro station and city center. Nevertheless, the lack of a hotel name board in the street made it difficult to find the place. Our room was clean, but the lighting was weak, as guests commented before. the staff was polite and attentive, and towels, slippers, and toiletries were provided.
Some facilities didn't live up to our expectations.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the complimentary toiletries and towels. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city on foot, and we enjoyed being close to public transportation. Plus, the fridge in the room was a handy convenience.
We had a few issues during our stay. The Wi-Fi connection was poor and unreliable, and the room was quite humid which made drying towels difficult.
